Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Bishares.finance platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the platform.

These terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered account holders, and traders. Bishares.finance reserves the right to update these terms at any time with reasonable notice.

Use of the Service

You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to trade cryptocurrency in your jurisdiction to open a Bishares.finance account. You are responsible for all activity conducted under your account credentials.

Prohibited Activities

Users may not use Bishares.finance for money laundering, fraud, market manipulation, or any activity that violates applicable laws. Accounts found in violation will be suspended immediately and reported to relevant authorities.

Bishares.finance employs automated and manual monitoring to detect suspicious activity. Cooperation with any resulting investigation is a condition of maintaining an account on the platform.

Intellectual Property

All platform content, trademarks, software, and interface designs are the exclusive property of Bishares.finance or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.

Limitation of Liability

Cryptocurrency trading carries significant financial risk. Bishares.finance is not liable for losses resulting from market movements, user error, or third-party service disruptions beyond our reasonable control.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the total liability of Bishares.finance for any claim arising from use of the platform is limited to the fees paid by the user in the 30 days preceding the claim.

Third-Party Services

The platform may integrate with or link to third-party payment processors, blockchain networks, and data providers. Bishares.finance is not responsible for the practices, availability, or content of those external services.

Security Obligations

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and enabling two-factor authentication. Report any suspected unauthorized account access to support@bishares.finance immediately.

Your Rights

You have the right to close your account and withdraw available funds at any time, subject to identity verification and any pending compliance reviews. Data deletion requests are handled under our Privacy Policy.

Changes to These Terms

Bishares.finance will provide at least 14 days' notice before any material change to these Terms takes effect. Continued use of the platform after that date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
